What to expect

To your first face to face appointment, please bring the following:-

Details of an up to date medical history which is required to check your eligibility and options.
Details of your GP. To be eligible for this service , you must be registered with a UK registered GP.

During your first appointment, your clinician will review the information submitted as part of your online questionnaire and discuss your health , options and goals in starting your weight loss journey. If you have any queries, you can contact us on:-

Beginning The Journey

You are ready to access weight loss support and services at Makewell. Find an appointment that suits you, at the click of a button online. Alternatively, call us to arrange your initial consultation.

Complete An Online Questionnaire And Initial Review

A link to the questionnaire will be shared automatically when booked in. Once submitted, a clinician will review your information and tailor support for your needs. Discuss options for weight loss with a clinician that suits you. During this review, weight loss options can be discussed with eligible patients and ongoing support.

Discuss how you are getting on with your clinician, on the journey of weight loss.
