SEND Children Activities

At Makewell, we believe every child deserves opportunities to learn, play, grow, and build confidence in a supportive environment. Our SEND Children Activities are designed to provide engaging, inclusive experiences for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), while giving families access to trusted support and community connections. Inspired by our commitment to supporting SEND families through our free parent support groups, these activities focus on participation, wellbeing, friendship, and fun.

What We Offer

Our SEND-friendly activities are carefully designed to accommodate a wide range of needs, abilities, and interests. Sessions may include Creative Activities, Sensory Play, Social Skills & Confidence Building, and Special Events like Themed events.

Who Can Attend?

Our SEND activities are open to:

• Children and young people with SEND
• Children awaiting assessment or diagnosis
• Families looking for inclusive, understanding environments

We welcome children with a wide range of support needs and strive to create activities that are accessible, enjoyable, and engaging for everyone.
