Jane Lambert is a nurse, mother, and founder of Makewell. Her journey has been defined by both professional achievement and deeply personal battles. From being recognised with the NHS Young Achievers Award at Buckingham Palace to leading national healthcare services, her career has always been about creating solutions. She is the proud winner of the Women Leaders Award in healthcare in 2025.
At 42, Jane single-handedly adopted three daughters. All three are neurodivergent, although she didn’t know it at the time. What followed were years of love and survival — fighting for answers, fighting for safety, and fighting for the right help.
Through those years she learned first-hand the critical importance of getting the right diagnosis. Not as a label, but as a key — unlocking understanding, compassion, and access to meaningful support. That insight drives everything she does at Makewell and everything she shares when she speaks.
Jane delivers impact talks that combine:
Her talks are designed to challenge assumptions, ignite compassion, and inspire change across health, education, and community settings.
When you book Jane, you book a speaker who is:
“Jane’s talk had got people talking and connecting. I’m very thankful to Jane for her efforts.”
