Payment terms
How payment works with Makewell
To secure your appointment we ask for a 25% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than seven days before your visit. You're welcome to use Klarna for either payment.
Klarna Pay in 3 is available to adults aged 18 and above.

A member of the Makewell team will email you a secure Klarna payment link upon request.
Who should I contact about my Klarna payments?
Klarna handles all payment queries directly. The Klarna app is the fastest route, or you can contact Klarna support through their website.
Can I pay the full amount upfront instead?
Absolutely. You can pay in full at any point using a standard card payment, or clear your remaining Klarna balance early from the Klarna app.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Klarna will attempt to collect again and may apply a late fee in line with their terms. We'd always recommend checking Klarna's own terms before you agree to the plan.
