Klarna handles all payment queries directly. The Klarna app is the fastest route, or you can contact Klarna support through their website.

Can I pay the full amount upfront instead?

Absolutely. You can pay in full at any point using a standard card payment, or clear your remaining Klarna balance early from the Klarna app.

What happens if I miss a payment?

Klarna will attempt to collect again and may apply a late fee in line with their terms. We'd always recommend checking Klarna's own terms before you agree to the plan.
