Important Reminder: Prescription Deliveries
Reminder 2025 seasonal period: Friday 19th December is our last postal service posting date, please order prescriptions in advance.
We’d like to remind our clients that all prescriptions are posted via Royal Mail First Class Signed For service. While this is a reliable option, occasional delays can occur, particularly during busy holiday periods.
To ensure you receive your prescription in good time, we kindly advise that you request your prescription at least one week before it is needed, allowing plenty of time for delivery. Planning ahead will help avoid any inconvenience caused by unexpected postal delays.

Throughout your time at Makewell, our team also aims to ensure that you feel relaxed and calm.
The environment is important for this – set in 12 acres of open parkland and magical woodlands, with parking enough for 150 cars, Bradwell Abbey is over 800 years old – retaining it’s soothing old world charm.
