Jane is the Chief Executive Officer at ECG Healthcare (including Makewell Clinic). She is the CQC Registered Manager at Makewell.

Jane is a registered nurse who established ECG Healthcare in 2002. Her early nursing career started in 1990 whilst working as a staff nurse on a busy medical ward, later becoming a junior sister. In 1996 her passion for training in healthcare took a new direction when she became an NHS Resuscitation Officer at Milton Keynes Hospital.

Her vision for ECG was to improve the access and quality of healthcare within primary care. Alongside the training and clinical agency side of the business Jane also wanted to set up a private clinic locally in Milton Keynes to support people access services that often face long waiting times on the NHS. Makewell opened in 2020.
